How It Works

Your order is delivered
Once the courier confirms delivery, your inspection window begins. You have time to test and inspect the item before funds release.
Confirm or dispute
Happy with your order? Funds release to the seller automatically. Not happy? Raise a dispute within your inspection window and your money stays protected.
Need More Time? Add Inspection Cover
By default, you get 1 day to inspect your item after delivery. If you need more time — especially for electronics, appliances, or larger purchases — you can add Inspection Cover at checkout.
Inspection Cover extends your inspection window by 3 extra days, giving you a total of 4 days to properly test and evaluate your item before funds release to the seller.
